Built for Hong Kong SMEs

HR that knows Hong Kong's rules — and can show its working.

Attendance, leave and payroll in one place. 468 continuity, average daily wage, MPF and the IR56 series are all calculated from your own records — and every figure on a payslip stays reproducible long after it has been paid.

English and 繁體中文 on every screen · Hong Kong statutory rules built in

Opens a sample company with staff, attendance, leave and payroll already filled in. Shared demo data — please don't enter anything real.

The rules you actually work under

The hard parts are the point, not the add-on

Most systems handle attendance and leave, then leave Hong Kong's statutory arithmetic to a spreadsheet. This one starts there.

468 continuous contract

Continuity is built from scheduled hours and approved leave, week by week. Once a worker has qualified, the system will not quietly take it back — a slow month with fewer shifts is not a reason to withdraw the sick leave and holiday pay that qualifying earned them.

MPF offsetting, abolished

Abolition took effect on 1 May 2025. Service before and after the transition date is split correctly, and anyone who started on or after it simply has no offsettable portion.

Average daily wage

Statutory holiday pay, annual leave and sickness allowance run off the 12-month average, with the disregarded periods taken out of both the wages and the days — the step that is easiest to get quietly wrong by hand.

IR56B / E / F / G

Prepared from your data and handed to an authorised person to sign. Filing to the IRD is a human act by law, so the system deliberately stops at ready — it will never submit on your behalf.

What's inside

One system, from clock-in to payslip

Attendance & hours

Clock in from a phone. Late arrivals and off-location punches are raised as anomalies for someone to answer, not silently absorbed into the month.

Leave

Entitlements come from the benefit plan a worker is actually on, and approvals route to whoever holds the role today — not to whoever held it when the account was created.

Payroll

One run per period, with every line traceable back to the hours, leave and claims behind it — and a warning list you clear before you approve.

Claims & allowances

Expense claims, transport and allowances land in the right payroll period — or, if they arrive after it closed, as a correction someone can see and settle.

Reports & filings

Headcount, cost and statutory reports, plus the IR56 series prepared and waiting for a signature.

Roles & departments

A manager sees their own department and no one else's. Move them to another one and their access moves with them on their very next request.

Why it stays right

Statutory limits are data, not code

MPF relevant-income thresholds, minimum wage and the various statutory caps each carry their own effective date. Last year's payslip keeps computing on last year's rule, and a change to the law is a new dated row rather than a release you wait for. The proposed change to the MPF relevant-income levels is not law yet — but when it is, that is exactly how it will arrive.

A period that has been paid stays paid

Marking payroll paid locks that line at the database level, so nothing upstream can quietly rewrite what a worker was already given. A late overtime claim or a leave approval that lands afterwards does not edit history — it surfaces as a correction, with a person entering the amount before any money moves.

Getting going

Three steps to your first payroll run

  1. 1

    Set up your company

Add your people, their terms, and the benefit plan each one sits on.

  2. 2

    Staff use it daily

Clock in, apply for leave, submit claims — on a phone, in English or 繁體中文.

  3. 3

    Approve, then pay

Clear what's pending, run the period, mark it paid. From that point it is closed.

Questions

Before you ask

Does it file to the IRD for me?
No, and that is deliberate. IR56 forms and Companies Registry filings need a signature from an authorised person. The system prepares them and stops there.
Is it really bilingual?
Every screen, both the admin console and the staff portal, in English and 繁體中文 — switchable per person, not per company.
What happens when the law changes?
Statutory figures are dated data. A change is a new row with its own start date, and historical payslips keep the basis they were originally calculated on.
Can staff use it on a phone?
Yes. Clock-in, leave, claims, notifications and their own record all live in the staff portal.
